2. Financial and organizational plan * is developed based on study and analysis of the information (consultative opinions of specialist doctors and medical documents) and financial calculation of the cost by a medical organization and includes: recommended medical services (diagnostic workups, options of examinations / research and treatment); services of informational and medical assistance with a financial calculation of the cost of all medical and non-medical services; it is a recommendatory informational and reference document.

The information and analytical department deals with reception, systematization and analysis of the received information and medical documents (results of tests, examinations / research, consultative opinions and discharge summaries) with the aim of establishment of a comprehensive diagnosis and determination of the necessary diagnostic workups, consultations with specialist doctors and special methods of examinations / research and treatment in a medical organization.

Information and organizational department ensures and organizes all medical assistance activities: consultations with specialist doctors, diagnostic workups, performance of examinations / research and treatment; accompaniment and representation (by power of attorney executed in compliance with the law) in a medical organization; search for and purchase of medications, medical products / equipment; organization of arrival / departure, transportation and accommodation.

Organizational and legal department deals with informational and reference legal support for organization of provision and rendering of medical services with the control over compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of healthcare.
